Customers have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — regardless of the reason — as long as the product qualifies under our conditions.


Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Product arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Concerns related to hygiene, provided the item is unused and sealed

  • Verified manufacturing defect


🚫 Cases Where Return/Exchange is Not Accepted

  • The product has been opened or used

  • Issues related to scent, texture, or personal preference

  • The customer changed their mind after receiving the order

  • Product packaging or design is different from website photos due to manufacturer updates

  • Allergic reactions to ingredients (clearly listed on the packaging and online)


📝 Steps to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Registered email

    • Photos/videos showing the issue clearly

  3. We will evaluate your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, we’ll schedule a pickup with our delivery partner within 2–7 business days.

  5. Once the item reaches our inspection team and is approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

All refunds are processed through the original payment method only.
Cash refunds are not offered.

📦 Return Packaging Guidelines

To ensure your refund is processed correctly:

  • Use the original bubble wrap, or wrap the product tightly with multiple plastic/woven bags and seal it with tape.

  • If the product is damaged during return transit due to poor packaging, the refund will be void.
